Keep getting MIL due to Secondary Air Injection System Bank 1 (17619) insufficient flow and PCV Valve Malfunction (20136). Intermittent on start up, not every time. Car drives fine. Any ideas?

Normally related to Carbon build up or an issue with the SAI/PCV. I think there is a TSB for the Carbon Cleaning. You may want to flash back to stock and see. Codes like this are hard since they are very erratic. That or take the car out for a long drive with an Italian tune up.

Even though I'm out of warranty, will Audi still honor the TSB? or do I have to pay out of pocket?

The TSB applies to earlier model year cars and seems to merely instruct the dealers how to do the secondary air port cleaning, but does not appear to extend the warranty period or mileage for your car, if I am reading it correctly.

FWIW, I thought the secondary air pump and related components were part of the emission control system. If they are US Federal Emission Control Warranty is for 8 years or 80,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

How many miles do you have on your car? Might be worth working that angle.
