I read a lot of things here and im a bit confused

Can I got 20x 9.5 front et 16 or et 40
And
20x10.25 rear et 16 or et 40

On a 05 AR?

402 mod will be fitted

remember, there are suspension components that are in there, 20 inch prolly wont clear, and if its lowered . . .

With spacers/adapters it doesn't matter what wheels you get, you can always make them fit at least in case of allroad that needs very low ET. ET 16 is probably not low enough to not require any spacers. You'll have to run them due to compounded wheel and tire width. At this point I would seriously consider getting bolt on adapters that have studs on the wheel size. Since you'd have to get bolts anyway due to spacers, installing proper bolt on adapters would make the wheel interface more solid. I am talking about H&R TRAK+ with studs stuff.

However, 9.5 front and assuming 275 tire, that's cutting it close or maybe even crossing the line. E.g. to clear upright's knuckle you will have to push the wheel out but then you will hit fender flares...
In rear you should be fine with 10.25 and 275 tire. There is more room in the location and the wheel doesn't have to swivel like fronts do.

I decided to order 20x8.5 et35 rotiform ccv.
I can space them to 25 or 15 1st with spacers + longer lug bolts

20x8.5 +20x10 rotiform it is..
Offset +35 all Arround + 20mm spacers..

Went with a 402 mod.. Low stance looks nice but the vibrations are just to much (60mph +)
So I went back up and sanctify drivability for looks..
I can dump it on Level 1 of I want to...
But it's my daily so driving is key..

Are you sure your vibration isn’t from the spacers? Being low shouldn’t make a vibration. Moar Low!

That looks great. I'm running hubcentric 57.1mm bore 20mm spacers and it still has a small "shimmy" vibration on some occasions. No matter what height you are at, it shouldn't vibrate. Possibly not installled correctly? When I install spacers, I start each bolt to a handtight fit in the star pattern when the wheel is still off the ground, then I use a ratchet to tighten it up as equally as possible, lower the wheel to the ground, then torque it to 80lbs.

I just put the pen wheels back on and undid the 402 mod. No vibrations anymore!! I found this ripped cv boot.IMG-20180522-WA0008.jpeg
The axle is clicking when turning hard right in slow speeds/ driveway etc.

Since the vibration is gone now I think it could be only 2 things.
-incorrect wheel balancing
Or
- the spacers

What you guys think?

probably 90% of the time its the spacers

I still think it’s your spacers. Ride height shouldn’t matter. It’s very common for spacers to cause vibrations, especially above 45-50 mph and up.
Throw your spacers on whatever wheels you had on before the Rotiforms, given they’ll work, and see if you still have vibrations. If not, your wheels may be unbalanced. Has happened to me, but only once. I also run 20mm spacers and I have vibrations on the highway.
