Passenger side mirror issue...

Hello Everyone,

I have a 2015 RS7 with a crazy passenger side mirror. When I put the car into reverse it either looks all the way up at the clouds or all way down at the ground. Once I put the car in drive it occasionally goes the complete opposite of where it was or stays the same, at which time I need to manually adjust it. It does this every time I put it into reverse.

I have been to the dealer twice now...they reset the mirror via computer the first time. The second time they replaced the module inside the drivers side door and it still wont work right. They now want to talk to audi directly and get back to me.

Anybody have any idea what the issue could be?

You know that there is an auto tilt feature on the passenger side mirror right?

When you select reverse, does the mirror always move to the same (wrong) position, or is it completely random?

it's random...either goes all the way up or all the way down or does nothing! just curious if anyone else has had this problem...my dealer cant seem to figure it out.
