Not able to PM through webpage, works fine on mobile app

I can not send messages to other members from the standard website. If I do the same from the mobile app it goes through fine. I have missed out on lots of sales on my part out due to this.

It appears that the messages MIGHT be going through. None of them appear in my sent folder. Only messages sent through mobile app show in the sent folder.

There is a setting in your account's "Control Panel" which allows you to save a copy of sent messages in your "Sent Items" folder by default. You can also save messages to that folder on an individual basis via a checkbox below the main message content window.
