    I can see from the pic that it does. even if it didn't, it is not too hard to cut it out. All the grills are made without the cutout and it is cut in at assembly if the car requires the camera. Factory cut is obviously rough but it is covered by camera trim so it doesn't matter, as long as you don't cut it too large
