Looking to buy an A8 L, 2012-14 and I'm curious how good the AC is? I had an 07 q7 and it absolutely struggled here in the south. Unfortunately didn't have the warm weather package in it, which anything over 85 was brutal. Thanks

I have a 2014 A8L4.0t and live in Southern California. We are in the middle of a heatwave with temperatures over 100. I am quite comfortable wit the a\c set at 68

I live in a dry climate, but 100f days are not a problem at all for my 12 A8L, on Auto set at 68, it quietly maintains after initial cool down, mine does have the warm weather pkg

I live in Louisiana and my 2014 A8L has ZERO problems keeping me cool. My temp stays at 67 on auto and it does just fine. I have also tinted my windows which helps out too. I also have the cold weather package.

I had an 07 A8 and a 14 A8L. There was a huge difference in the A/C. I live in SoCal too and in heat wave the 07 had a very hard time cooling the air down. My current 14 A8L TDI cools it down right away and I purchased it last March so I have gone through 1 summer of 108-110 degree days and it coped very well with the extreme heat and I do have tinted windows.

I have a 15 A8, no issue with the ac, in fact sometimes have to turn off the ac my fingers get cold while driving due to the ac.

Haven't recharged the system @all.
