With the stage 2 parts installed I personally wouldn’t pay over $45K for the car. I’m sorry but the TD1 risk is too great in my opinion. Hopefully the RS3 doesn’t have the Haldex issues the S3 and Golf R’s have experienced. I wouldn’t want to take the car in for service and have Audi inform me I have no power train warranty. I wouldn't say its that low, but as a potential customer it being tuned definitely detracts from getting it as I'm scared shitless of getting td1'ed. I'll do jb4, intake and decat it and done.
OP, you're better off parting it and selling it "stock" if you're in a rush to sell. If you could get the ECU reflashed with stock SW and no td1 is found, that would yield more buyers. Price is very fair with mods included and you're right, its setup for the right buyer if you opt to wait. I've shared this on the S3/RS3 Facebook group and hopefully someone will jump on it.
