Did they use Vagcom, a supplementary module? More info please.

I do not believe they did use Vagcom...check with Shawn @ Pacific German...he can answer you specifically.

This is only possible via the factory scan tool (ODIS on the VAS PC)

Essentially re-calibrating the air suspension height. Any dealer visits in the future will not have any affect on this.

Looks really good!! Will calibrating it for a lower height have any affect on the max height for allroad and offroad modes? Me being in Colorado, those are pretty important to me for both Summer and Winter.
