A Certain Local Dealer Does it Again...

This is why I have a standing note in my file NOT to wash my car after service. A note that was clearly ignored.

Both left hand side wheels. The finish was literally still flaking off when they pulled it around. It will be interesting to see how they resolve this one.

That’s my best guess, because it’s the same damage to both wheels on one side. Pulling my dash cam footage when I get home to confirm.

The really insulting thing is that it didn’t even get the wheels all that clean.

It sucks to see this It feels like a lot of the dealership in this area are just trash. I'm sure it's probably out of the way for you, but I've had good experiences at Audi Silver Spring (they're also pretty mod-friendly).

As a side-note, don't ever go to Rockville Audi. Their sales and service are both terrible.

Sucks to see that OP, hope they resolve it quickly. I also go to Tysons. Ask to see Russ. He's been great, and absolutely makes sure my car does NOT go through the wash when I bring it in for service

I don't put this on my SA (Tiara) at all. They did this Saturday morning right before I picked it up -- and she was off.

I've had her before - she's good too. I'm adamant on the no wash, and they usually put a sign in the window as such. Hope this gets squared away for you no issue.

I can agree on the sales side of your comment but their service guys are great! Go see Bryan if you need anything. He’s ALWAYS taken care of me.

Yea had this happen to me at Audi Hunt Valley and they put scratches down the side of the car. Had them have both issues.

audi is going through a similar issue with my second s6 on major issues its going to be interesting how its handled and Audi NA standpoint on it also.
