Any ideas on this IRMC fault? P3192 - 008 - Basic Setting Aborted - Mech Stop Closed

Been getting strange codes related to the IRMC. Thought I had it sorted out but still having issues.

I have tired doing the Adaptation procedure outlined on the Ross Tech page several times and each time the Intake Runner Adaptation returns an ERROR after attempting to run the adaptation.

Here's the code I'm currently getting:

012690 - Intake Manifold Runner Control
P3192 - 008 - Basic Setting Aborted - Mech. Stop Closed
Freeze Frame:
Fault Status: 01101000
Fault Priority: 0
Fault Frequency: 1
Reset counter: 255
Mileage: 200172 km
Time Indication: 0

Any ideas? Any ideas what Mech. Stop Closed indicates?
The IRMC components were replaced by the dealer a few years back under the extended warranty program. Could a component have failed again?

Did some poking around today and tried the adaptation again with no luck. Can't tell whether this code would indicate that the flappers are stuck or the motor isn't working. Very strange.
