    One different ignition coil

So I recently got a misfire in cylinder 3, and suspecting it was just that my ignition coil should be replaced I swapped coil 3 with 1 and the misfire moved to cylinder 1, confirming my thought of a bad coil. I already put an order in for a set of 4 coils, however their going to take a few days to ship. so my question is, would it be okay to just pick up a single ignition coil from autozone and run with one non oem coil for a few days, or just wait for the set of 4 to come?
