    8.5 verse wider Wheels

    Good Day ladies and gents,

I am in the pursuit of new wheels and I am asking for those who have experience with wider wheels and if they are worth it/provide a noticeable difference?

I am specifically looking at a certain set of wheels that only comes in 8.5 wide but want to make sure I am not giving anything up by staying with a 8.5 wheel and not going to a 9 or 9.5 wide wheel.

I think going wider than the oem size makes the car more planted. I'd go 9.5" if going with 19's

This. Plus, if you get a 35% aspect ratio tire- the ride gets a little better/cushier.
