    bilstein b12 prokit noises

Have had the Bilstein b12 prokit on my s5 for about 2 months now. As of one week ago, the left shock makes a rattle noise going over small bumps at very slows speeds (0-5mph). It almost sounds like plastic against plastic noise. We had a big rainstorm here about 10days ago and i drove thru about 1inch of water. Its been making noise ever since then. Not sure if its a coincidence or the cause. Also now the rear when going over small bumps/drops in the road or driveway makes a metal clunking noise. Anyone have similar issues with their B12 Bilstein Prokit?

My money is on installation rather than the equipment itself, have you taken it back to the shop who carried out the install?

I had a similar sound / issue with my B16 install and it drove me crazy. Turned out to be the top jam nuts / bushing were installed improperly. The noise didn't rear its head until a couple of weeks after the install. After arguing with the out of town shop, I ended up correcting it myself.

The UCA’s bolts should always be tightened with the suspension loaded, if they tighten them with the suspension drooped the bushes will fail pretty quickly.
