Touch-Up Paint - New or Old?

My car was in at Audi this last Friday for the Takata recall and I just noticed a new ding in the front passenger fender while putting the bike racks on. I had never seen this ding so I took a closer look and noticed some black touch-up paint in two places nearby that I had never seen before. To me it looks pretty damn new but I don't think I have any recent, close up enough pictures of that fender to be able to prove anything. Most recent pictures are just over two months old and a little too far out for any real inspection but shows a normal, straight fender.

When I went to pick up the car it took a very long time for the guy to get back retrieving it and nothing was said at all other than to ask if I wanted any paperwork. Then he gave me the keys and I drove off without doing any real inspection in the parking lot.

Is it possible to show or prove the touch-up paint is new? Am I SOL or what should I do to pursue further?

1st pic the ding is above tree line, middle of the picture, top of the bottom third. 2nd and 3rd pictures show the two scratch/touch-up paint areas. 4th photo shows distortion to the reflection of my phone corner from the ding.

Last two photos look at the corner of the phone. One shows normal reflection and one shows the corner getting distorted due to the new ding.

It does look like touch up paint was applied and they never finished the work or clear cost on top. I can get pics of my car right now where I'm repairing larger chips like that. I'm filling to a certain level with paint and then will put clear cost over the top to protect.
