    DV flutter/ Rasp from exhaust

    Hello all!

I've got a 008 DV with the heavy spring that supports up to 30 PSI (im at 22-23) and i'm getting flutter really bad. Is this an issue? Will i lose power? I'm not getting a code yet. I've got a GT2871r and it even did it with my K04.

Also ever since i installed the GT its become really raspy like a Honda. I REALLY don't like this sound but its only become an issue with the GT. Is this normal? What can i do to reduce this sound? I'm currently straight pipe with magnaflow resonators.

from what ive read its due o the spring being to stiff. ill throw the green one in and see what that does for me and increase as needed..

You want to run the softest spring possible without loosing pressure. Drop down to the next softest spring and see if anything changes.

Regarding the exhaust noise, your sig says straight pipe. Id start by adding a quality resonator and muffler.

The fluttering is compressor surge. If it's happening at full boost, you need a softer DV spring as mentioned.
