Maintenance:
- Cam follower changed every 10k miles since my ownership @ 58,000 miles: done by me or NGP Racing
- Oil changed religiously every 5k miles: done my me or NGP Racing
- Complete timing belt service done (by NGP Racing in Aberdeen, MD) at 80,000 miles
- Parts replaced (by NGP Racing in Lorton, VA) at 100,000 miles: carbon cleaning, timing chain, timing chain tensioner, oil filter assembly with gaskets, valve cover, intake cam. At this time I was hearing minor grinding while starting the car AND had an oil leak from the oil filter housing so since the shop had everything apart I figured I'd replace the intake cam with the latest rev as preventative maintenance. I still have the original intake cam as a desk ornament if youre interested in seeing it.
- Tires changed at 113,000 miles: Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+
- Parts replaced (by Induktion Motorsport in Linthicum, MD) @ 120,000 miles: Oil cooler gaskets, rear coolant flange
- Windshield replaced at 125,000 miles with Audi glass (done by safelite)

Cons about the car:
- I hit a deer going 35mph and the hood was replaced and front end was repainted (done by King Collision center in Gaithersburg, MD). All parts replaced were Audi parts and there was no structural damage...all cosmetic. They didnt even have to change the front bumper, it was just repainted and blended. Most of the damage was the grille and hood.
- The car burns oil at a rate of 1qt per 2500 miles (not as bad as other B7's but worth noting and it's been consistently burning that with my ownership)
- The low brake pad light randomly goes off but this is a known issue that the RS4 guys have (since the car has RS4 front brakes on it). The light usually goes off when its warmer out but it doesnt repeatedly go on and off
- The car is on STOCK tune
