Tip- Once you get it out, make sure to inspect the regulator. As at times, the regulator itself is intact but it is actually the plastic "bracket" that bolts the glass to the regulator's slider mechanism that breaks. At that point, an expensive-ish fix becomes a rather cheap fix :D

There are proper how-to instructions on here and also on Youtube. It should be the same instructions for both driver and passenger side fronts.

Pretty much what 95blkmax says. I had found a troubleshooting guide somewhere, that helped me narrow it down to the Bracket. As I remember, if the window is forced up with the power motor, but not down, it is most likely the Tab. There are a right and a left. make sure you order the correct one.

OH VERY IMPORTANT! This is the website you would source the plastic bracket from.
    http://regulatorfix.com/

I hope it's as simple as replacing this by itself! If it is, I would recommend that since you have the regulator outside already, go ahead and clean the rails and pulleys with rags and then spray a thin coat of white lithium grease on it to keep it like new.

    Good luck!

I second this, good product, fast shipping .

Taking your car apart like this is a bit freaky, but take your time and it is not that bad.
