Oil Consumption Return after Piston/Rings and Long Block. What next?

At 55,000km I had piston and rings replaced for oil consumption.
At 120,000km the problem returned and was much worse, they checked and one of the cylinders was oval so they replaced the long block
At 150,000km the problem is now returned burning about ~0.55L/1000km from the last 2 trips.

    What will Audi do next?

Your guess is as good as anyones. These engines are such crap i canthelp but wonder if a 3.0t transplant would actually save money in the long run.
