Yes, mine did right at 5,000 miles....I was told by dealer and tuners, that high boost motors---normal. No issues.

Just out of curiosity, did you guys do a break in period? And how enthusiastically do you drive normally?

High boost turbos do have a reputation for eating some oil but a low oil light is way different from just burning a little over time. If you shift at 5k after every stoplight that's one thing. lol

How much did it take to top it off is the real question.

Very religiously (and painfully I might add) followed the break in rules. I do drive mine in dynamic and manually shift it 100% so higher revs are common. I added one quart. at 5,000 miles. I never give boost until fully warm either.

As for me Dynamic mode only and I drive hard,
I buy my car to drive! If I have to put oil fine , now I know great!

LOL So I am guessing that is a no on breaking it in?

Yeah, I only use Dynamic and manual, and I drive spiritedly but I don't live my life 1/4 mile at a time and I don't need to use launch control at every light. That's what the track is for.

Mine came on again at another 5,000 after my last oil change....seems to be the interval. Sidebar: I dropped the oil cap on the TTRS and it's in the belly pan...UGH! I can't even see it....going to have to jack up the car and get under it to try to get it out! I finally got it.....only took little over 2 hours.....I pried down the sides so I could see where it was. It was resting in some small hoses at the bottom of the radiator. I kept poking it with a hanger and it disappeared....I thought I in real trouble. I tried reaching down there front and in the process I spun the cooling fan. I heard a noise in it...and spun it a few more times and out flew the cap in to the pan...which I could then reach. What an ordeal. I'm not in physical shape to do that kinda stuff...but I got it done. Btw, Audi North owes me 2 torx screws that weren't in the pan...must happened at 10K service or when they changed the springs....no one else has touched the car....I demand them all be put back and matching....one of my pet peeves.

Yep, a pet peeve of mine as well. Why can't they do a proper job???!!!

Related: I had the "please turn on lights" come on the evening after my last dealership service. They had turned the headlights off (I always leave in Auto). Handy notification however.

Haha....I had the same thing happen when my car goes in for service...they turn off the lights. I use them on Auto too.
