Front bumper replacement question

So I purchased an inexpensive replacement bumper for my A4 and all the mounting spots look really good. My only question is do I fit the fog light grilles over the existing area? The area to bolt in the fog lights is correct but it's not really hidden in anyway like it looks in lost pictures.

I didn't have any fogs before cause it was DTM so I'm rather lost. What would go in the bumper I have then? They have the cut outs for the fog lights and I am confused lol

You only need to buy non S-Line fogs.
