It has been a month since I had my check engine light go off and I can't seem to figure out what's going on?

Symptoms: Rough Idle, some loss in power but not very noticeable, also has turned off when slowing down (clutch in) and reaching 600 rpms then turns off, I feel it's using more gas than usual

What I've done: changed sparks plugs and coils since I wasn't sure when the last person that owned the car did. Also check and found a pcv hose with a small crack in it (changed it), reset codes, all the same codes came back.
