Would I pay 25k for a 55.9k mileage car? It depends on the condition of the car. Hard to tell since there's no pictures but ask him about the maintenance history. If it's pristine and checks out well, I'd say negotiate a little. It definitely doesn't hurt.

I purchased my 2011 with 39k miles for 30k, after trade in and no money down.
