    What would be needed to get the cluster to work with my b6 s4? It would trigger Immoblizer no?

    I believe all auto dimming B7 mirrors also have the compass, I could be wrong.

    Yes, correct.
    It should be noted that there are different immobilizer versions and that matching version clusters to ECU/Ignition is clone-able, but if they don’t match, they won’t talk. Ran into this issues with my RS4 swap. Just a heads up.

    Exactly, I’m sure the RS4 cluster has no way to pair any B6.
