Wheel Vibration When Turning at Low Speeds

I have a 2014 S6 and have noticed considerable vibration in the steering wheel when turning sharply at low speeds i.e. u-turn. My assumption is this is the Quattro but it’s pretty strong... much more than my B8 allroad. Perhaps it’s just the V8 but is this normal?

Sounds like typical Quattro rumble. Change the fluid in the differentials and it will probably subside.

Interesting, I've never heard of a fluid swap helping. Any body got any recommendations on what to use?

I have nearly 250,000 miles of experience with the Quattro system. Every time the dealer changed the differential fluid the rumble went away. I assume they used OEM fluid

Manufacturer suggests every 70k miles even though Audi claims lifetime. On my old C6 I once had to do it at 40k miles to get rid of the rumble. Other than that interval I have typically done 70k miles. How many miles on your car?

At that low mileage you may be experiencing something more than Quattro rumble
