    What is this noise?

Its been a few days that I hear kind of a weird noise when I turn the steering wheel. It only happens when it is approaching its max turn radius. Any idea what could it be?

    In this order check
your front strut towers for loose/missing bolts
    Front suspension for same
Cv axles, torn or damaged rubber boot

Sounds like a loose strut mount from experience. My friend sheared a strut tower bolt on our friends wrx when I was installing coilovers. Did same sound and at full lock only.

I re-torqued the strut tower bolts and CV axel seems intact. Could it be the spring not seating correctly in position? or just the top bearing/bushings need some lubrication...

( the creaking noise only happens when I turn full left)

Could be either of those as well. Would imagine if the bearings are going bad that it’d be a more frequent noise. I know the viewing angle might be near impossible (maybe record with phone) and see if the spring moved from it’s original indentation.

Figure I should mention, inspect your suspension components for any marks that may hint to interferences. Endlink or tierod play/bends comes to mind.
