I'm in the process of retrofitting some junkyard D2 S8 brembos onto my B5. One of the calipers was missing the pad retaining clip. I've been searching everywhere and it appears that the part has been discontinued by Audi. FCP supposedly has some for $60 some which seems a bit ridiculous to me. Is there any aftermarket options I'm missing? Is it a part I could reuse if I found a used one somewhere (and so I don't have to replace it on the caliper that came with and add insult to injury). The Porsche 993tt calipers share a part number with the S8 Brembos. I haven't looked it up but assuming Porsche hasn't discontinued the part as well could I just buy Porsche clips?
