    Get coilovers or replace shocks?

Need some new shocks in the rear.
I got a couple options. Could use some input to help make a decision!
Looking for best ride quality and most reasonable price.

-Replace just the rears with Koni shocks (~$120 each and then labor on top)
-Replace all 4 shocks with Koni shocks just to improve ride quality overall (about 88k miles now)
-Switch to a set of coilovers (Not really looking to lower the car) (Also want soft suspension as the roads here in Ohio suck)
-Buy used S4 full suspension (I'm sure plenty of people switched to coilovers and can probably find a good deal on some lightly used ones)

    What would you guys do?

Heard mixed reviews about the Koni's. Id go low mileage used stock shocks if youre not looking to change the ride.

Was going through some other threads and found these...

Wonder how the ride quality is with these compared to stock.

EDIT: Just realized the drop on these is not what I'm looking for at all.
