Shell Rotella T6 5W-40: Where To Buy Single Quart?

Hello,

I recently went to Walmart to stock up on some Shell Rotella T6 5W-40, but my local Walmart (and a few others around me) no longer carry single quarts of the magical oil. It seems that at least Walmart only carries the 1-gallon jugs. I wanted to ask if anyone else is seeing this in their local Walmart or Auto Parts Store? I know I can just buy the 1-gallon jug and use what I need, but having a few quarts also makes topping off a bit easier for me.

Please let me know your experience with buying this oil locally with the stores around you.

In terms of high temperature/high-shear centi-poise or cP rating nothing beats this stuff. Exceeds all Audi specifications for oil.

Walmart had them a couple years ago when I went, but the 1 quart bottles were in short supply then. A few times I was there the shelves were empty of the quart bottles, but the tag was still there for them. When you looked, was there an empty spot on the shelf that was tagged for them or was there not even a spot for inventory?

Believe it or not I was at Home Depot the other day and saw some next to the larger sizes. I didn't even know HD had a car care section so that was neat to see. It was within their hardware department.

Going the other direction Tractor Supply has 2.5 gallon jugs for $54, also has normal gallon jugs for $24
