I am the third owner of this car. Previous owner was in Georgia for a few years before being shipped to Florida. Car has absolutely no rust what so ever. For the age the car is in really good condition. It has always been well cared for and garage kept for the past 4 years that I have owned it. It has never been in a accident or repainted. Body of the car is straight with no dents. It does have a few scratches on the hood but not noticeable until your really close. As mentioned this is a prestige package meaning it comes with all the bells and whistle (Nav, backup camera, sunroof , parking assist , blind spot monitoring , 6 disc cd changer + Ipod connect, B&O sound system, window shades, 3 way a/c - heater climate control with heated seats etc....)
Suspension. Broadway Fortune 500 series coilovers with swift springs. It has been on the car for approximately one year and have had no issues. It is lowered by a lot but can be raised to what ever height the new owner wants. I still have the stock suspension that will be going along with the sale of the car.
Wheels. Rotiform KPS 19x10 +35 wrapped in 225/35/19 tires. The wheels and tires have been on the car for 3 months. Wheels are a 10/10 with no scratches or blemishes. Tires are in great condition with no sign of camber wear. Stock wheels with tires will be included with sale.
Interior of the car is Stock. Seats are in good condition minus the driver seat has a little tear, besides that all other seats are 9/10.
Brakes. Sportech slotted front and rear rotors paired with Akebono pads. The front were installed last September and the rears in March. Little to no brake stuff and stops on the dime.
Exterior. Rs mesh grille and carbon fiber rear spoiler. I do have a front lip that will be installed before sale.
Motor: Completely Stock. Car has not been driven hard at all. In December I had the timing chain tensioner fail (common issues on b8's) resulting in bending the valves in the head. Head was removed and taken to machine shop. All valves and seals were replaced. New tensioner and timing chain. All 4 injectors were replaced. New water pump , New pcv valve, New spark plugs ,coil packs , air filter. The motor is 100% solid at this point. Since being put back together it has roughly 4000 miles on it. All work was done at a reputable shop and I do have receipt for all work done it comes with 12 months / 12000 miles warranty. Oil consumption has been taken care of as well (common issues with b8's) so no need to worry about that. This motor is good 2 go for the new owner and will last for another 100k miles.
