The answer will always depend on the official diagnosis from a certified Audi dealership to determine if TSB/warranty work is indeed related to an aftermarket modification or tune, or if the warranty can be applied. As a general policy, Audi of America does not promote or endorse any modification that would alter the original engineering of the vehicle. At the very least, there is a chance that this type of work may not be covered through Audi of America leading up to completely voiding the New Vehicle Limited Warranty depending on the type of modification. I'm happy to review further, but would require additional information on the situation.
Thank you,
I’d also like to chime in on what you just said.

You guys do promote modified vehicles, let’s just take a few examples from Audi’s verified instagram account.

As you can see in all of the photos that Audi’s official account reposted, all of them are lowered and on rims. Altering/ modifying the original engineering of the vehicle. Now the definition of endorsing reads “To declare one's public approval or support of.” Now If posting photos of modified Audi’s on your 11 million plus instagram account isn’t showing public approval I don’t know what is.... Thanks.
