Calling all Colorado B8.5 allroad's!!!!

I have been noticing that Colorado has a solid spread of modified B8.5 allroad's and a great variety, so I am wanting to set up a meet to try and gather as many as we can in one spot.
I think it would be a pretty neat photo opportunity and great to see what everyone has done to their allroad. We would likely meet in Denver as it is central to most and I am shooting for mid to late May or June.
Let me know who is interested in this and dates that everyone might be able to make.

Of course any one can join us for the meet no matter the model, the more the merrier! and please spread the word to anyone you think might want to join.

I guess I needed to clarify that, mods or no mods (or even minor mods) I would love to have any AR's! I just love the variety even if its just a different color, decals, roof box or different wheels.. whatever it is makes it awesome!

I have not finalized it yet, and still open to suggestions for meeting place in Denver. I am not familiar with Denver or what will be open and scenic, along with convenient for most. Let me know if anyone has a good spot they have in mind.

As luck would have it, I have come to find out there is a car show planned for the same time, day and location at the stadium... "the Spot Meets + Adam's Polishes" is hosting an event there and requires an admission. So we have decided to move the location to the Tivoli Garage located at the corner of 9th st and Auraria Pkwy https://goo.gl/maps/SRNNV2Vzukz, which should be free and open. We will plan on meeting on the top floor at the same time (9:30 AM) and go from there.
I apologize for the change in plan. If anyone has any questions or needs anything let me know. I am happy to PM my cell number if needed also.

Going good! Should be getting a radiator that will work this weekend so I can get the car buttoned up. Only issue right now is I think a chain tensioner is bad but I can’t communicate to the ECU with VAG COM currently so I need to trouble shoot. Once I get that going I can start working through any issues and hopefully drive it further than just off ramps!

FYI, doesnt seem like they are advertising it that much but camp allroad is less than a month out so all you long roofers should get registered for a fun weekend!

So a little surprise came in the mail today addressed to me from the Parking & Transportation Services of Auraria Campus:
Turns out that hour or so we spent on the top level required a $30 "admission fee" (parking citation) - reason: FAILURE TO PAY / EXPIRED RECEIPT
Anyone else who visited, watch your mail - I suspect you'll probably be seeing one of these.

Now remind me on that day: gates were open, no attendant(s), and I didn't see any signage regarding required parkings fees... or am I utterly mistaken?
EDIT: well, Google Maps street view shows a modest sign on the southeast entrance stating: "Garage is Electronically Enforced 24/7, 365 days a year"
Welp; off to put my citation check in the mail... blah.

Ugh... I remember when driving to garage meets were free and open to public; man I'm getting old. HA!

There's a link describing how to appeal a citation from Parking and Transportation Services of Auraria campus. That said, I'm not sure I would either pay or appeal and, rather, I'd just ignore the citation. On its website, Parking and Transportation Services of Auraria Campus self-describes as a "self-supporting auxiliary enterprise, receiving no state appropriations" which strikes me as a fancy way of saying "we're private." So, I doubt they have any enforcement power or other ability to ding you or boot you or anything else if you don't pay, as long as you don't plan to park on campus in that vehicle again. But, YMMV.

i would email them. I'm pretty sure they used to offer a one day registration for the show and shine. I know 2 years ago when i was down there my GF drove my other avant down on that day and they said she could park in the show area if she wanted and she wasnt registered at all (she ended up parking in a lot outside of the park, but they seemed to not care).

I'll be heading to Camp Allroad this weekend- they shifted plans a good bit, but finally got the schedule out to everyone, CA18 should be a good time. My son and I went to CA16 after I bought our allroad and it was fun. Looking to get more active with the local Audi gatherings & hope to meet you all at some of the upcoming meets.
