Clean Title in hand
Bought the car used in 2009 with 59k on it. Has religiously had the oil changed at 6,500-7k miles and other maintenance done per schedule. Always full synthetic and OEM or better parts.
The Good:
Pretty clean body, very few dings, above average for a car that is 12 years old and has 145k miles
Runs great, has been very reliable, never left me stranded
Clean title, no accidents, not a salvage
Good commuter, average 20.5 MPG on Fuelly over the last 20k miles
Shifts smooth, drives straight and is pretty comfortable
Front brakes have 75% remaining, rear about 50%
Seats have no rips or tears, driver seat pretty worn
Carpet is in great shape
No rust anywhere, California car for life
Has Curt trailer hitch installed
I have very much enjoyed this car and am saddened to let it go
The Bad:
Headliner was sagging and was torn out. The hardboard backing is intact.
Needs tires, asap
Windshield is cracked
Vacuum pump leaks oil (typical for this engine) Needs about 1.5 quarts between oil changes
Trunk doesn't open electronically, need to use key in lock
Paint on roof and hood is shot, no rust or metal showing through but not shiny anymore
Stock wheels are in rough shape, no cracks or bends but plenty curbed up
The Other:
Tint, can't remember specifically the % (Suntek HP, around 20 or 35% on rear and rear sides and 3M Crystalline 90% on fronts, looks clear but rejects UV and Heat)
BSH Cold Air intake
R8 Redtop Coils
NGK bkr7e Plugs (less than 5k ago)
034 Dogbone Insert
AWE Cat Back (Has resonator and Muffler)
034 Stage 1 ECU tune (first automatic 2.5L-MKV they tuned) - Dyno'ed 143hp and 170lb/ft at the wheels
Stoptech Slotted rotors in rear, OEM Rotors in front, in good shape
JVC Media/Bluetooth Head Unit (has hands free and streams audio from bluetooth devices)
Sirius Stand Alone player

I own 5 cars now, don't have room for them all and it's time to let this one go. Was my daily up until November when I bought my A3 TDI, otherwise I would still drive it daily.
