    Rough week for the S5

So...My DD (Toyota Tundra) is down due to an emissions system problem that is forcing the truck into limp mode despite clearing the codes. I'm awaiting the parts order for a secondary air injection valve and related hardware, and hoping to work on it this weekend.
I drove the S5 to work yesterday and had an unfortunate encounter with a large and committed raccoon at 5am on a rural road-

This morning on the highway a rock (or something else hard) hit the windshield and caused a chip & crack large enough that it cannot be repaired.

I can't wait to see what the rest of the week brings...

Any thoughts on potential mods to do while the front bumper is off for the repairs? I have a stage 2 tune already.

    Waste of money.
The B8.5 S5 headlights are sealed with butyl instead of the valeo cement.

They can be easily opened with heat.

Why pay $1k for e-codes when you can do something custom and totally unique for half that at a retrofitter?
    Take this for example:
internal housing painted gloss black, blacked out reflectors, demon eyes

A friend of mine got quoted $600 to do gloss black painted housings, carbon fiber side markers, brighter LEDs for the turn signal, and demon eyes for his B8.5 S4 headlights
by a good headlight retro-fitter here in socal.

IMO paying $1k for some clear plastic reflectors is pretty lame.
