Need help finding THIS wheel... A4/S4 B8 replica in 19"

My brother bought a set of replica A4/S4 wheels from a guy who had them on his Jetta Sportwagon. They are +size replicas of an Audi wheel 8K0601025D, originally 18x8. This is a 19x8.

I had new tires mounted on all 4 of the wheels and installed my by B8 A4 Avant, and the next day a tire was flat. I took the wheel off and there is a crack in the inner lip and on to the face of the wheel. Took it to be repaired and it has been repaired once before. He said he will let me know if they can repair it or if its too far gone.

Just checking to see if anyone has ever seen this replica wheel in a 19x8 before anywhere and might have some info on where to buy. I checked the place they were supposedly purchased from and they said they are discontinued and cannot provide any details.

I have these in a 18” they’re hard to find in the stand sizes as is.
