2010 audi s4 89000 km prestige auto

Looking for a first car. I heard water pump and timing belt common issue for this model. Anything else I should look out for?

I just bought my B8 a month-and-a-half ago, so I've been through this process.

Please check out the sticky: "The Ultimate B8/B8.5 New Member's Guide (Specs, FAQs, & DIYs) - Read First!" and then do some searches -- plenty of others have asked your question.

FYI, this car doesn't have a timing belt, so no issues there. I think the thermostat tends to be a more frequent problem than the H2O pump itself.

Also, there are some options available that significantly change the personality of the car. You will want to determine which are important to you and whether the cars you are looking at have them.
Mainly: DSG or 6MT; Prestige or Premium+; Sport Differential, NAV, B&O stereo, 19" wheels; Napa or Alcantera -- there are more.

Don't do it. The 2010 and 2011 DSG (Auto as you call it) can be a nightmare.
I just went through it.
Get a 2013 or newer or get a 6 spd.
