Stumble with rough idle after refuelling

Hey guys I have 2008 a4 b7 with the 3.2 manual 6 speed in it with 162 k km. Car has been running fine other then occasional misfire on cylinder 6. I get the famous won't start on first try occasionally. So today I went and refueled cause tank level got to just under quarter tank. Filled up until it clicked off. Then my ocd kicked in cause I saw 54.2 l on pump and I continued to fill till I saw 55 even. Anyhoo immediately after tried starting and it just cranked over so i reset key and it fired up. Got about 20 ft and car starting stumbling and jerking with no power so i coasted to empty area to let It idle where it then proceeded to run rough and stall. Reset key started it and idled just fine and I drove off. No cel light or any other after affects.
I have recently done intake chemical clean, oil change, air filters, tightened my valve covers down which were leaking into spark plug holes, changed all driveline fluids. Coils are the d series p/n
Any ideas if I should be looking at evap system or ignition as possible Culprit?

Evap would be a good place to start due to it giving you problems after a refuel. I hate telling people to swap parts but since there are no codes stored I would find someone with Vag Com if you don’t have it and run basic settings for the evap system and see if anything fails or run the output test for your N80 valve.

Could be a bad N80 valve. Maybe your charcoal canister has fuel in it if you are in the habit of topping off. What you’re going through is exactly the reason why you don’t do that 😀 I pulled one out of a B5 Passat that had 5 pounds of fuel in it once 😱
