Trunk won’t open - fuses all good - replaced Actuator Still nothing - now what?

I’ve researched for days, I’ve tried every version of this that I’ve read so far - I just spend 2 hours retrieving the cable through the under panel trying to put everything back together in the dark. Here are the facts.

Door soft touch - nothing no sound
Rear outer button - nothing no sound
Key fob button - nothing only sound is 3 clicks from region near fuses in the trunk - pulled every fuse because I can’t find an accurate fuse chart and they’re allllll good.

Replaced actuator - still nothing - so since it’s not that I have a perfectly good working actuator I’m willing to sell since I won’t need 2.

What now ?

I ripped the trunk apart 3 times .... I never even knew about the valet button - I’m too pissed off to even be happy about this haha - anyone need a fresh new actuator ?

No problem haha. I had the same problem but never really used my trunk so it didn’t bother me. I then read about the valet button somewhere and mine was on so I turned it off and it worked. Sorry to hear you went through all that mess, that kinda sucks. But I’m glad it works now!

Had this issue too, turned out the Valet button in the glove box was pressed. Depress it and it should open.
