Modified OEM S6 airbox

I have an extra S6 airbox for sale that I modified to get some extra turbo charger noise. Ready for shipping(on buyer) or pickup in CT. Thought someone on here might be interested in one already modded rather than doing it yourself.

I would but I don’t have it installed anymore. I later went to roc euro but that was a little loud for my taste. Had to have some dealer work done (O ring recall) so I put the stock airbox back in and sold roc euro.

I would say for anyone looking to do this....noise level wise, if stock is a 1 and roc euro is a 10, this is a 5. You can hear more whoosh from the turbo than stock for sure, but not at the roc euro level. Not sure if that helps but it’s kind of close in design, albeit homemade and cheaper, to the RS7 airbox.

Does it have the open port at bottom for secondary air hose, and was there any perceivable difference with increased hot air coming thru?

No, that port is closed. It has two drain holes. I vaguely remember the airbox on my C7.5 A6 has it open but my S6 is closed.
