S6 H&R ETS lowering module issues.

ok, so like the title says, I have the HR lowering module. The issue Im having is I can get the module to adjust. Followed the very straight forward directions, kept the doors closed etc... No matter how many times I turn the front axle adjuster counter clockwise, the car wont raise. And I tried the 2 axle adjuster, nothing there either. Im not getting any kind of faults or anything, so im kind of at a lose.... PLEASE HELP

Another note. the light on the actual module is constantly blinking. should it be solid? or blinking?

Have you tried disconnecting it completely. Doing a full lower and raise then connecting it again?

Where did you get the instructions? I'm looking for them as well as I'd like to know how to go about adjusting my height as well.

the car still raises and lowers from the button inside the cabin, so I dont think thats the issue. It almost like the brain isnt talking to the car. The directions I have came with the ETS. I know if you call HR they will send you the directions

Have you tried lowering the car? The H&R module is meant for lowering and not raising unless you lowered it first with the module. Did you lower the car and now you can't get it to raise or you wanted to raise the car higher than the factory setting?

when you plug the module in the first time, the car sits very low. So you need to raise the car up for dailey driving purposes. Im only looking to raise it enough for the edge of the fender to sit at the top of the tire, only about 3/4 of an inch from were it sits now

I'll check mine out to see, but that might be your problem right there. I don't remember any blinking when I installed mine, but I also wasn't really paying attention to the light... You may have a faulty unit.. Did you buy it new?

yup, brand new. So you have an ETS system. can you explain the exact process when you make adjustments with the module? there really isnt any exact directions for the process. Just want to make sure Im doing it correctly. I do it with the car running and all doors closed. The truck lid is open to access the module. When i turn the adjustment screws, nothing happens

MY ETS system came with my car....and I've read as much as a I can about it without actually having an instruction set.

From what I have gathered, after you make a change to the screws, you HAVE to raise/lower the car for it to be able to properly trick the onboard computer into the new height settings.

I do the same process for adjustment.. What process did you use to install it? Is the car running? I installed mine with the car off, all doors closed and trunk open. I remember some folks disconnecting the battery too. Since the install is quick and easy, if you already install it with the car off, try to disconnect the battery, install and then re-connect the battery. IF that still doesn't work, you may have faulty unit.

Is your unit always flashing 100% of the time or only when the car is on?

I installed everything with the car off. In the instructions from H&R theres nothing saying to disco the battery....I hope that wasnt something that had to be done.... But im willing to try anything I guess. And no, the light seems to be flashing more then not. It almost flashes like its communicating with the car, like when a desktop is doing something and the light is flashing on the front, thats what it reminds me off. the other day when I went in to try the adjustments again, it was solid before I started to adjust
