    Low boost/can't hear spool up

Have a 2001 a6 2.7t tip (stock except for k&n filter)and turbos don't seem to be working right, can't hear them spool up gauge only reads about 4psi at most (vacuum is about 28 at idle and seems to be pretty smooth, also I do not have a cel on
Searching for about a week since I noticed this ,seen in a search someone mentioned the brake light warning being on and no boost (but didn't have a solution)mine is on and thought it was the 2 little bulbs out of 10 in the 3rd brake light being burnt, changed those warnings still on LCD

Just overnigherd a rosstech cable until Tue can't scan
Went for inspection and they came up with 4 codes all related to a rear o2 sensor
    P1114
P0138 (o2 sensor circuit high voltage Bank 1 sensor 2)
    P1118
P0431 (warm up catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 2

Quick history,, bought car as a project with a flooded passenger side, TCM and harness was bad ( car was in Limp mode stuck in like 4th, ( but you could hear the turbos spool up

Haven't tried a boost leak test but might try to rig something up to do a smoke test to check for leaks until my real cable gets here , kinda doubting a leak seeing as a cel don't pop up

do the boost leak test, prolly a torn boot; happens often enough to check that first
    Rockin' the Rockies
'01 allroad, 250k woot woot, still boosting on original turbos and tippy, slightly modified. . .

Boost leak check, also check your vacuum lines to the wastegates, I had a blown up line, I replaced it and now I’m a boosting fool. My torn up line was on passenger side right at wastegate, the hose was only like 20mm long if I recall yet it was blown apart causing a super low boost condition, I also had bad diverter valves, both the wastegates and diverters are an easy check with a mityvac vacuum pump.
