Full boost...No power?

So I have an aeb fully built engine, je pistons, manley rods, etc. Car drove fine for 800 miles at 25 lbs of boost from an f21. Now it still boost fully but no power, and hesitation in boost. I have boost leak tested the car, swapped to a new maf, no flux on the boost gauge so valves aren't bent. WTF!! I hear turbo doing its job just not getting me anywhere.

Sounds like a restriction. Are you running a catalyst?

pressure tested intercooler and took apart all intercooler/turbo related components. vac tested wastegate... nothing. I run the n75 in parallel and it is acting like it would if I were to unhook the line at the wastegate. Boost goes up before it should and no power.
