Also did you solder the connection/wires to the stock gas tank cap???Im guessing standard wiring is enough running from relay under the dash to the pump???what about the connection to the gas tank housing using a hose?? Or original plastic hose.

The sleeve holds the pump securely. Its a tight fit, you just push the pump up through the bottom and it will bottom out because the lower portion of the 450 is wider. Thats the same height from the bottom of the tank as the stock pump. It'll hold itself in just from the pressure of the sleeve. If you're worried about it coming loose you could put a hose clamp around the black plastic but you dont need to.
I had my pump out a couple weeks ago just to see how things are holding up with the e85 and it hadn't moved.
You'll also want this nylon corrugated hose, it's compatible with e85 and MUCH better than the one that comes with the 450. I went with the 9.25" but the 5.5" from the same seller might be better. They're cheap enough to get both to try out. You'll wanna heat the ends with a heat gun so they soften up so you can slide them over the nipples. Its the perfect diameter for our fuel setup.
