What thickness spacers should I run for A5 19" S-line wheels?

I own an ‘18 S5 Sportback with 19” Cavo wheels. Two weeks ago, I had 12mm spacers installed up front and 15mm installed in the rear. I think it looks perfect now, flush and just how it should’ve come from the factory.

Same here, S5 with Cavo wheels, 12.5 mm up front and 15 in the back is perfect and gives her a lil agressive stance.

Can you share a pic that shows how flush it sits now?

Not the best pics but I think they show the difference 12mm and 15mm spacers can make.

Looks great. I’m thinking of going this route vs 15/20 which may be too aggressive. I’m assuming these require longer conical bolts?

Yes. The wheel spacers were by H&R 15mm and 12mm. The ball seat extended lug bolts were M14x1.5 size 40mm and 45mm.
