I'm looking for basically the same thing right now. Where are you seeing pricing shake out for what you're looking for? Do you want black optics or not? Many of the clean ones I've found do not have the sport diff, which is discouraging.

Hi, I have been thinking about selling mine for the last couple of months - it's not precisely what you are looking for, but it's pretty close:

'11 S4 prestige(B&O et. al), automatic
only 65K miles (i have a short commute)
Black ext, black/silver alcantara interior, with carbon atlas inlays
No accidents or mods
Have serviced at Audi dealer for last 3 years, including all preventive maintenance, and next preventive maintenance is pre-paid and transferrable (stays w/ car)
Parked in garages both at work and home, no pets, no kids, no smoking

Thoughts?
