So I’ve had our Q5 lowered on the KW H.A.S system for about 18 months. We ran into an issue where the primary control module for the ALS system failed and the headlights dipped straight down 5-8’ in front of the vehicle.
Now that the module is fixed, I’m being told that the vehicle is “too low” and that is the reason we no longer have adaptive headlights that turn into the corners. I know this isn’t true, as they worked prior to the module failure without any issues and the Q5 is not that low compared to stock height.
Looking for input and suggestions from those that are running Q5s lowered and have the ALS on their cars.
Cheers-
