    Hello Audizinerz,

I've done a lot of researching on this topic (bad n75) but I just wanted to get some input from you guys before I go buy a new n75. Looking at the two logs, would you say I have a bad n75? OR am I just paranoid?

You're wisdom and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Drew.

Looks like bad n75. What turbos? K04 framed? Looks like Unplugged n75 your boosting wastegate pressure so lines must be good. Plugged in n75 it looks like it wants to limit boost with lower duty cycle but can't.

This is more likely a tune issue.

Agree with insomnia. The duty cycle is showing the n75 is trying to regulate the charge pressure isn’t actually making it to the wastegates. If lines are good (which the unplugged log seems to support) then must be n75

Or, more than likely, the preload is incorrectly set on the wastegates for the tune. Contrary to popular belief, the n75 valve doesn’t fail often. Some back story on the car would help.

Hey sorry for the late reply guys! But thank you very much for posting. It's running BW rs6 turbos, rs4 airbox & housing, Hitachi maf, 034 bipipes, etc.. etc.. to be honest I don't know much about the tune, but I don't think it was completely finished when I bought the car. I'm gonna get a new n75 and see what happens. If anything it will give me peace of mind haha.

    Cheers.

as they said, if it hits wastegate pressure unplugged and holds, then your junk is fine.... if its plugged in and screwy then it could be toast. BUT... lol do yourself a favor and double check you dont have the connectors swapped. The N75 one fits into another one nearby and vice versa. I had them swapped and was having issues hitting requested boost because the N75 couldnt do its thing. Sounds dumb but might as well double check
