Are these units Bluetooth compatible? Or do they have an AUX port at all? I have an ‘06 A3 3.2 with the cassette player and I’m looking to switch it out with one of these

They're Bluetooth compatible, but you'll need to source BT module if your car isn't equipped already with it. They do have AUX port as well.
