    Potential RS7 purchase questions

I am looking st purchasing a 2014 RS7 and thought I would check with owners about any common issues they have had to deal with. Car has 40k on it and a single owner. Is in good shape but figured I could ask you guys if there are issues I should be aware of.

I am coming from a B5 S4 Avant, so it is a big upgrade and one overdue. Thanks.

Just make sure all the services are done. The car should still be under some sort of warranty, so confirm that.

Brake pads and rotors are very common to need replacing, tires, any recalls or software updates, inspect turbos and coolant lines going to turbos. Is it at an Audi dealer?

It isnt at an Audi dealer but I plan to take it through to the Audi shop I use to see about getting an inspection. I will check on any remaining warranty as well.

Have a dealer do a once over. I'd check for leaking turbo coolant lines, turbos themselves, brakes and...that's really it. These cars are really solid. The occasional one will munch a turbo or kill the PCV valve (big job), but compared to Ze Other Germans, not bad at all.

    Bump

I see myself in the market for an RS7 in the next year and would be very interested to see how the purchase process works out for you.
