Well folks, its that time of year again. The AZ BBQ is upon us. This years event will take place at the Watt household in Maryland (Like always) on Saturday, June 2nd. Please post in this thread with your RSVP, we will need an accurate headcount. This year will be different in that I will be asking for 5 dollars per guest to cover beer, burgers, hotdogs and a host of sides. You will not be asked to bring anything, except your dashing good looks. (That doesn't apply to you, Adam) and anyone you would like to bring along.

Family and children are welcome, feel free to bring them.

MENU

- This years menu will feature -

- Grilled hot dogs served on potato rolls with all the fixins -

- Our famous Watt Burgers, made fresh to order with a bend of spices, jerk seasoning and smokey BBQ flavor, served on a generous bun with the standard choice of toppings.
Cheddar and Pepper Jack cheese will be by request. Bacon will also be made available. (Mild and Spicy options available)

- Veggie burgers with all the fixins, GF and Vegan options and accommodations available. (Please give advance notice if possible) -

- Vern's worlds famous Pulled Pork, no explanation required. Don't miss it. -

- SIDES -

- Chips, Potato Salad, Spring Greens and Coleslaw -


- DRINKS -

- Water, Watery Beer and Soda will be provided, if you would like to drink something else, please feel free to bring it -

So far, haven't done the pork yet but took and Hour and a half to do 6 chicken breast for Pulled BBQ chicken and it clean up easy :)
