    1.8T dip stikck tube

    can someone post or link photo how the end of the dip stick tube looks like?
    AMB engine.
    I am not sure where engine pipe ends and where tube starts (old is very brittle and broke off).

    02 Allroad 6 spd, Kraftwerk Turbo TM6, 750cc, 3" MAF, piggy, FMIC, CM stg 5 (hate). 30 psi at 3600 rpm. Needs stronger rods (coming).

    Is the engine tube actually metal on the 2005 AMB engine?
    I will try to use a zoom and take a photo of the top of the pipe. Just afraid that it is also plastic and the top already damaged; I can partially see an O ring there. I have other 1.8T blocks here, all metal tube. None seem to have o ring.
    Car is AMB in a 2006 A4 1.8T Cabrio.
